Here is another taper that the guys at Roscoe really liked. The line that it handled best was a long bellied line that George Maurer had. I got the rod blank from Reed Curry as part of a swap (long story). The blank was a Thomas test blank that Sam Carlson had. I took all the measurements from the raw blank (averaged the sides). I build the rod to a 7' length. It turned out really nice and a number of people had asked for this taper.
