James E. "Jed" Dempsey is inducted into the Rodmakers Gallery for his hard work
in making the Rodmakers Heritage Craft Center a reality, his freely sharing of his rodmaking knowledge and his love for the advancement of the craft
of bamboo rodmaking. His picture and placque sits on the Garrison workbench that he first learned how to work bamboo.
The 20th Bamboo Rodmakers Gathering in the Catskills was held Saturday and Sunday
September 5th and 6th, 2014 at the Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum in Livingston
